Below is a list of common services we provide and the current cost:
Simple Tip Replacement: Although a simple enough task, once you've had a tip fitted by Darryl you wont go elsewhere ever again.
- Elk Master (any size): £10
- Blue Diamond (any size): £10
- Tiger Cues - Black (any size) £17 (Available in "mid to soft" and "mid to firm")

Cue Straightening: Cue straightening is a fine art and something that has been mastered over the past decade and is based on initial instruction from KM. £20
Cue Shaft Refinishing: The cue shaft refurb will include dirt removal, shaft playing finish restoration and the application of polish and sealant. This service will also include
fixes for any small shaft dinks or knocks. Service Cost £20 (if a cue shaft is in need of significant large dink or crack repairs it will be £30)
Cue Butt Refinishing: The cue butt refurb will include dirt removal, ornate wood polishing enhancement and the application of polish and sealant (These differ slightly to those on
the shaft). This service will also include fixes for any small butt dinks or knock. Service Cost £20 (if a cue butt is in need of significant large dink
or crack repairs it will be £30).
Full Cue Refinishing: Includes both the Cue Shaft and Cue Butt refinishing services as detailed above. Service Cost £30 (if a cue is
in need of significant large dink or crack repairs it will be £40)
Please Note* If ordering any of the above services and you are aware of dinks or knocks in your shaft please check when dropping the cue off that the repair with be covered under the
standard service charge.
Ferrule Replacement (Brass ) or Upgrade from Brass to Stainless steel (Same size tip): This service will include the ferrule replacement only
with no tip size change or retaper. Service Cost £35
Ferrule Upgrade to Titanium (Same size tip): This service will include
the ferrule replacement only with no tip size change or re-taper. Service Cost £45.
Ferrule Replacement (Brass) or Upgrade from Brass to Stainless steel including tip size reduction: This service will include the ferrule
replacement and will also include a tip size change and shaft re-taper to a size of your choice. Service Cost £55
Ferrule Upgrade from Brass to Titanium including tip size reduction: This service will include the ferrule replacement and will also include a
tip size change and shaft re-taper to a size of your choice. Service Cost £65
Please Note* All our ferrules (Brass, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Phenolic linen) are machined in house specifically to best match your current cue dimensions,
NONE of our ferrules are off the shelf pre machined ferrules. We make a ferrule to fit your cue, not make your cue fit a ferrule.
Shaft Retaper and tip size change: This service will include
Weight Change: The service will include a cue weight increase or decrease change. £45. Please note if your cue has steel in as its weight balast
then we will not be able to undertake this job. Your cue will be returned in its original condition and a £10 fee incurred for the investigation work.
Replacement for snapped ferrule: Brass £35, Stainless Steel £35 and Titanium £45.
Shaft or Butt dent or crack repair: £30 (maximum of 5) £40 is more than fice individual repairs
Joint crack in butt of shaft repair: This is a deep surface repair and is not an open heart cue repair. This may stop the problem getting any
worse but is no guarantee. If you have a crack like this its the first repair attempt before opening up your cue. £30
